Happy Herb is dedicated to ensuring that we are providing our customers with a high-quality product along with exceptional service. But, sometimes a return is necessary; and when this occurs we want to ensure you see and feel the transparency and fairness of our resolve.

Happy Herb return policy time frame: our customers can request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date for full credit or product replacement. Returns will not be accepted after that.

Happy Herb return policy on missing or damaged items: if your items are missing or damaged, please submit a return request within 5 days of receiving your order. Please know that after two instances of missing product claims, future claims may be denied.

Happy Herb return policy on condition of returned items: we ask our customers to return the item in its original condition and unused. Please ensure the item is sent with original packaging to receive full credit or replacement.
