Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Orders will be processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours of order placement.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using USPS rates. We offer Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, and USPS Ground Advantage rates. All rates include an $8.40 fee for USPS Adult Signature Required label service. Shipping is available to the United States only.
At this time, we are offering free local delivery within a 15 mile radius of the shop address: 5931 Culebra Rd., San Antonio, TX 78238. As always, local delivery is free for orders over $75.
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with your package tracking information.
Happy Herb return shipping policy: Happy Herb will cover the cost for return shipping on eligible returns within 30 days.
Process to return merchandise

- Submit the return request for approval
- You will receive the return shipping label via email along with approval of return request documentation
- Ship the return within 30 days of receiving the return label
